Fraser Alexander has developed, as part of our commitment to transformation, this Supplier Registration Portal (SRP) and database to assist us with strategic sourcing, supplier development and sustainable growth in it's local communities in order to uphold our values of good corporate citizenship and seek to contribute to the economic, environmental and social well-being of the communities where we conduct business. We are committed to procure from vendors that are ethically, socially and environmentally responsible.

The aim of this SRP is to encourage registered enterprises in the local communities of Fraser Alexander, to register their company profile onto this database. Your application will constitute an introduction to Fraser Alexander and does not guarantee the applicant business from Fraser Alexander. Fraser Alexander reserves the right, at it's sole discretion to approve supplier applications. Registration onto the SRP does however, afford Fraser Alexander with a mechanism to assist us in our endeavour to transact with and grow our local communities.

  • Fraser Alexander has retained the services of B1SA B-BBEE Management Services ("B1SA") to develop and maintain this Supplier Registration Portal. Once you have successfully registered onto the Supplier Registration Portal your organisation's details will be available to all Fraser Alexander Operations as well as to the broader B1SA Opportunities Network.
  • It is important to note that products & services provided, need to comply with and meet Fraser Alexander technical requirements and internal standards.
  • Registration of a supplier onto the database does not guarantee any business or course of action by Fraser Alexander.
  • Fraser Alexander commits to offering your organisation an opportunity to compete for business wherever a suitable opportunity exists and where your organisation meets the requirements of the opportunity. Inclusion in such opportunities will be limited to members of our database.

MINIMUM VENDOR REQUIREMENTS

Fraser Alexander is seeking to engage with suppliers who are 'good corporate citizens' and therefore you are requested to provide supporting documents as part of your application.
The following documents are mandatory for successful registration onto the Supplier Registration Portal:

  • Proof of Residence
  • Certified Copies of Company Registration Documents/ID document in the case of an sole proprietor
  • Copy of Company Profile
  • A Valid B-BBEE Certificate or Affidavit
  • Tax Clearance Certificate
  • VAT Registration Certificate (where applicable)
  • Proof of relevant industry or professional registration

In addition to the minimum vendor requirements above, all supplier applications will be subjected to an internal review process which is designed to assess the supplier’s B-BBEE alignment to Fraser Alexander’s objectives.
